Register here for your Tertiary Institution enrolment blood tests
You can register for the following institutions:
- University of Otago Health Sciences
- University of Otago Radiotherapy
- Otago Polytechnic
- University of Otago Post Graduate Nursing (Christchurch)
- Southern Institute of Technology
Once you have completed the registration process you will be e-mailed a Test Request Form that may be taken to any of our collection centres for your blood collection
